Win with Chocomel and British Airways Full Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. Purchase any of the following products: Chocomel Chocolate milk 750ml, Chocomel chocolate milk 300ml, Chocomel chocolate milk 250ml and Chocomel Hot Chocolate 750ml and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction and have your Nectar and British Airways Club accounts linked by midnight on 18/11/2025 for automatic entry into the draw.
  3. The promotion opens on 29/10/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 18/11/2025 for receipt of all entries. All online orders if applicable must be delivered by 23:59 on 18/11/2025 to qualify.
  4. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  5. There are 5 prizes of a weekend breaks to Amsterdam or 25 prizes x 10k Avios prizes to win. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.  

    (i) The holiday prize to Amsterdam includes:

 

  1. Return flights in Euro Traveller (including all associated taxes, fees & charges) for 2 people [1 or 2 Adults & 0 or 1 children under 16 at the time of return travel) from [London Heathrow Airport] to [Amsterdam Airport Schiphol] including 1 x checked baggage (of up to 23kg) per person.
  2. Transfers from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to your hotel and back to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
  3. Two (2) nights accommodation in a minimum 3 star hotel (chosen by IAGL, who is a trading name of Avios Group Ltd, an operating company of International Consolidated Airlines Group) in Amsterdam, on a minimum of a [self-catering] basis.
  4. Airport Parking is not included.
  5. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance. 
  6. The winners of the trip to Amsterdam will be contacted by 20/01/2026. Holiday must be booked by 31/04/2026  with travel completed by December 2026 flying from London Heathrow Airport on a British Airways direct flight to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. 
  7. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. 
  8. It is the responsibility of the traveller to arrange required passports, visas & any fulfil all medical requirements for travel. 
  9. No local hotel taxes, fees or service charges are included in the prize 
  10. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.

    (ii) The Avios prize: 

    Each winner’s Avios will be credited to their British Airways Club accounts by 20/01/2026. To win Avios you will need to have a valid British Airways Club account linked to your Nectar account by 18/11/2025. When linking your accounts your personal data will be shared between British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Nectar 360 Limited to facilitate the transfer of Avios and / or Nectar points and for analytical purposes.   1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
  2. The winners will be drawn at random on or before 09/12/2025 under independent supervision.
  3. Winners will then be contacted by the Nectar help desk to accept the prize by 30/12/2025. Winners will be notified by telephone therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid phone number to Nectar 360 Limited. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone. Confirmed winners will then be contacted by the Promoter, Avios Group Ltd by 20/01/2026 to arrange prize fulfilment.
  4. For the purposes of collating entries, picking and notifying the prize winner(s), Nectar and the Supplier are joint controllers. As between Nectar and Supplier, Nectar is the joint controller responsible for the personal data processing necessary to operate the prize draw (e.g. review of transaction data to collate entrants, application of eligibility requirements, randomly allocating prize winner(s) from entrants and subsequent notification) and shall be primary contact for data subjects and the Information Commissioner’s Office.     For the purposes of fulfilment of prizes other than Nectar points (i.e. delivery of such prizes to the winner(s)) the Supplier is an independent controller and will process such personal data given to the Supplier by the winner(s) or by Nectar (following the winner(s) acceptance of the relevant prize) in accordance with the Supplier’s privacy notice https://shopping.ba.com/en-US/privacy/.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  6. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
  7. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  8. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

  10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
