Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy Standard T&Cs
- To be eligible to participate in the Marriott Bonvoy & Nectar scheme customers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Nectar account (“Eligible Customers” or in the singular, an "Eligible Customer”).
- Eligible Customers can link their Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar accounts; earn points and rewards; and, convert or redeem Marriott Bonvoy points to Nectar points, or vice versa. To do so, Eligible Customers link their Nectar account to their one main Marriott Bonvoy account.
- Eligible Customers who enroll in Marriott Bonvoy via the Nectar website or app, and link their Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar account, will earn a one-off reward of 500 Nectar points which will be automatically loaded to their account.
- Once accounts are linked for 24 hours, 500 bonus Nectar points will be issued to Eligible Customers after each of their first 3 Qualifying Stays in any programme year ( see point 9). “Qualifying Stay” means each paid for stay by an Eligible Customer at any participating hotel that qualifies for the earning of Marriott Bonvoy Points or Nectar Points in accordance with the Marriott Bonvoy Program Terms accessible at https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/terms/default.mi, as such terms and conditions may be modified by Marriott from time to time.

ENROLLMENT & LINKING ACCOUNTS
- To enroll in Marriott Bonvoy and link a Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar account, Eligible Customers must visit the dedicated page on either the Nectar.com website or Nectar app and select "Link your account"
- Eligible Customers who enroll in Marriott Bonvoy via the Nectar website or app will earn a one-off reward of 500 Nectar points. This offer has no end date.
- The Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar programme year starts and refreshes each year on 17th July
- A Marriott Bonvoy account can be linked and unlinked to a Nectar account a maximum of one time only. If a Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar account is linked and then unlinked, that Marriott Bonvoy account can never be relinked to the previously linked Nectar account or any new Nectar account.
- You can unlink your accounts at any time by visiting the Marriott Bonvoy brand page on the Nectar website and clicking ‘Unlink’ https://www.nectar.com/brands/marriott-bonvoy
- After you unlink, Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar teams will delete the personal data you have shared for marketing purposes, but we will retain information on your use of Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy points such as your points transfers (See points 29-31)
POINTS REWARDS AND CONVERSIONS
- Once accounts are linked, 500 bonus Nectar points will be issued to Eligible Customers after each of their first 3 Qualifying Stays in any programme year (see point 9). “Qualifying Stay” means each paid for stay by an Eligible Customer at any participating hotel that qualifies for the earning of Marriott Bonvoy Points or Nectar Points in accordance with the Marriott Bonvoy Program Terms accessible at https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/terms/default.mi, as such terms and conditions may be modified by Marriott from time to time.
- Marriott Bonvoy Points can only be earned at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels. Participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels are confirmed at the time of booking via the Marriott Bonvoy website https://www.emea.marriott.com/en/offers/nectar
- To convert Nectar Points into Marriott Bonvoy points or their Marriott Bonvoy points into Nectar points, Eligible Customers must visit the dedicated page on either the Nectar website or app and have a Nectar account and Marriott Bonvoy account linked.
- Eligible Customers can convert points from your Nectar account into your Marriott Bonvoy account and will receive 250 Marriott Bonvoy points for every 500 Nectar points converted.
- Eligible Customers can convert points from your Marriott Bonvoy account into your Nectar account and will receive 250 Nectar points for every 500 Marriott Bonvoy points converted.
- A minimum of 500 Marriott Bonvoy or Nectar points is required to make a conversion. Points can only be converted in increments of 100.
- Eligible Customers can make a maximum of 10 individual, manual points conversions daily to any Nectar partners including Marriott Bonvoy, up to a maximum of 100,000 Nectar points in aggregate.
- Eligible Customers can make unlimited, manual points conversions to Marriott Bonvoy partners including Nectar, up to a maximum of 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points into Nectar points.
- Following any conversion, or bonus points (including the stay promotion), you will receive your Marriott Bonvoy or Nectar points within 28 days.
- Points can only be rewarded or converted between linked Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar accounts.
- Once Nectar points are converted to Marriott Bonvoy points, they will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s Marriott Bonvoy account, and Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions apply. - Once Marriott Bonvoy points are converted to Nectar points, they will be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s Nectar account, and Nectar terms and conditions apply. - Nectar is not liable for the accommodation, or any other rewards redemptions made through Marriott Bonvoy.
- For missing Nectar points please contact Nectar here.
- Neither Nectar or Marriott Bonvoy condones any fraudulent activity or unusual or suspicious activity that goes against these terms and conditions. If any account activity is deemed by Nectar or Marriott to be fraudulent or suspicious, that account may be locked and suspended immediately. In this instance, Eligible Customers may have to contact Nectar customers services here to unlock their account.
- Marriott and Nectar reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, without liability, without prior notice at any time at their sole discretion.
DATA PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING
- Any personal information you supply will be used by Marriott Bonvoy in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.marriott.com/about/privacy.mi and by Nectar in accordance with its Privacy Policy Privacy Policy | Privacy & Legal | About Nectar | Nectar
- When linking your accounts your personal data will be shared between Marriott Bonvoy and Nectar to facilitate the transfer of Marriott Bonvoy points and/or Nectar points and for marketing and analytical purposes. - The Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty program, including without limitation participation in loyalty program and the redemption of Points, is governed by the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules available at https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/terms/default.mi
Partnership Privacy and Data Information.
When you link your accounts we share data from your Marriott Bonvoy account and Nectar accounts to enable points conversion. We also share information about you, and your activities within the Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy programmes. This includes what you collect and spend points on, such as travel and shopping. We’ll use it within Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy in accordance with our Privacy Policies. Personalised offers based on your Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy Data
We’ll share data from your Nectar and Marriott Bonvoy accounts to use according to our Privacy Policies. A big part of this is to help us tailor marketing to you. So if you’ve got a trip coming up, we might send you an offer for all your holiday essentials.
We’ll also share data for other uses, including when necessary to facilitate your points conversions, service your account and protect against fraud.
